About the pricing.
You pay monthly, per site. We agree the notice period before you start and it is written into your contract. No hidden annual commitment.
It depends on your system. If it uses an integration we already know, it is included. If it is new to us, we agree the one-off setup with you beforehand.
No. One monthly fee per site, however many calls come in. If your volume is exceptionally high we look at the package together.
